From our first viewing to completion day, Tony at Swithenbank was a pleasure. We really appreciated his open, kind, and supportive approach and were delighted to find a property in the area we’d been hoping for. He was on hand to speak with at all times and we valued having the same point of contact throughout.
Having an open dialogue, via WhatsApp group, with the team including Martyna & James was helpful in progressing through the different stages of the house purchase. Would definitely recommend to others. Thanks again all!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from this estate agency. From start to finish, the process felt calm, well managed, and refreshingly stress-free. I didn’t have a “For Sale” sign outside, which I loved, and instead had a well-organised open day — no constant stream of people trailing in and out of my home for weeks on end.
What really set them apart was the communication. Jullie was absolutely fantastic and always available — day or night — whenever I had a question or needed reassurance. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and I always felt informed and supported.

From start to finish (8 months to be exact) James Swithenbank supported me with my buyers, my solicitors, my onward chain and my mental health 😅
They went above and beyond for what was a very stressful journey for me. They kept my buyers onside, when my buyers had to wait in rented while I found somewhere.
I was always in the loop with solicitors, onward house possibilities and they were calm and caring and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to reccomend Swithenbank Estate Agents, you wont regret you did. 10/10

We couldn’t understand why our apartment wasn’t selling. When we met James he was very direct and immediately told us why he thought we were struggling to sell. Within 2 weeks we had our apartment staged, had an open house viewing day and had received an offer. James then negotiated with the purchaser and managed to secure an offer above the asking price. After that James and his team were really helpful at moving the purchase along, keeping us informed at all times. Thanks very much 😁
